Good Morning Tsunamis!

I hear it was another successful meet this past weekend vs Cherry Knolls.  There are a few things happening this week that I want to ensure you are aware of. 

1. Meet sign up is OPEN for this weekends home meet vs. Ben Franklin.  Please login and sign up your swimmers by Midnight Tuesday June 12th. The entries will close at this time. To sign your child up for an event, please log into the Knolls Swimtopia website, select schedule and swim meets. Then select the June 16th meet vs. Ben Franklin and declare your child for attending or not attending the meet. You may sign your child up for 3 events, and be sure to note whether they are available for relays.

2. We are in need of two volunteers for Saturday's meet. We need an additional concession stand volunteer for both first and second shift. the first shift concession volunteer is to be at the pool for SET UP and to work the first shift.  The 2nd shift concession volunteer is to be at there to work the 2nd shift and to help TAKE DOWN the stand.  This is why these have been switched to 2 points vs. the 1 point previously assigned.  Please respond to me As soon as possible if you can work one of these shifts so that I can get you signed up. Remember, that the meets will not run without you!  

3. Family Fun night for those ages 7-10 will be Wednesday, more details to follow.

4. Our Thursday stroke clinic will be Breaststroke. Stroke clinics take place of the regular practice, so just ensure that they are there at the normal time. We are still in need of someone to bring donuts. Please log on to the swimtopia site and sign up for those shifts if you can help out! 

2. Team Photo day is Tuesday June 12th.  We have CANCELLED the regularly scheduled pancake breakfast and are moving that to Friday June 29th.  The team will provide bagels and donuts for the kids as they are waiting for their photo. Please plan to arrive between 8 and 8:30 to grab a bite and start lining up for your pics.  We will take a full team photo once all individual pictures have been taken.  Please be sure to wear your competition swimsuit for the photo.
