Volunteer
Swimming is different from other sports in that many volunteers are needed to run a successful swim meet. Because of this, the Knolls Tsunami require every family to volunteer their time to help at the meets and behind the scenes.
Parent Volunteer Requirements:
Per Family: 5 points
If you are a parent with ONLY Ripples, you will not be expected to fill any working volunteer positions during the meet. Additionally, if your child moves up during the season, you will be required to fill the 5 points per family.
NOTE: If you decide to take the Opt out option for volunteering you may pay a $300.00 fee and we will use that money to hire a replacement to volunteer in our open volunteer spots. However we do encourage everyone to try and volunteer! It's fun!
If you cannot make your your assigned volunteer slots you are required to find your own replacement for that shift.
