The team Wepay account has been compromised. Wepay is an online payment processor that Swim Topia uses for online financial transactions. We are aware of the situation and we are working with Swim Topia to correct this issue. Wepay does not have a contact for teams to communicate with directly. At this current time Swim Topia is working with Wepay on our account.

Some of you may have received a refund email from Wepay through Swim Topia. Some of you may see that refunded money in your banking or credit card accounts. We ask you to, please, earmark this money and to not spend it. We do not know where this money is coming from. We have checked bank accounts and our current Wepay account. All are showing no activity.

This is a serious security and financial breach and we are seeking legal help to rectify the situation.

We provide you updates as we know about them. We will be transparent and sensitive with this situation.
