Hey hey there Tsunamis,

Happy 4th of July weekend.

We need volunteers for Prelims NEXT WEEK... Look at this as an opportunity to make someone's summer league dreams come true, an opportunity to meet a new friend, or an opportunity to pad your resume. WE NEED YOU!

As of right now, all but our 9-10 meet, our swimmers will not have shelter or shade at their meets because the delivery and return of tents job is OPEN. What?!?! 

To clarify the volunteer positions: If your child is participating in prelims you are expected to help at your age group meet. Yes, even if you have fulfilled your minimum 6 points already. The points are for regular season only. Prelims are additional voluntold.. Sorry, I mean volunteer positions. What do I hear? An opportunity? YES!

I see you in the back of the room, trying not to make eye contact with me.... We will call on you at desperate times, and friends, these are desperate times.

We cannot run a meet without volunteers. Please, dig deep tonight and find something that works for you and your family. 

Here is what is still open:

Monday - 13 and up - Tent delivery and return, and meet set-up, 1st shift heating

Tuesday - 8 and Under - Tent delivery and return, take down, and timers for shifts 2 and 3

Wednesday - 9-10 - Back up timer, scoring table assistant and a 1st shift timer

Thursday - 11-12 - Tent delivery and return, meet set up, meet take down, and 3rd shift timer
