Good Evening Knolls Tsunamis!

There is a small, helpful change in the 8-12 year old practice schedule on Mondays and Fridays. Water Polo for 12 and under will immediately follow the 8 - 12 year old swim practice for anyone interested in trying out water polo. The 7 and under practice will remain the same. It is a small group of swimmer who can share the pool safely. 

Here are the adjusted practice times for Monday and Wednesday:

8:00 to 8:40 - 13 years & up - Swim

8:45 to 9:20 - 8 - 12 year old - Swim

9:25 to 9:50 - 7 & under - Swim

9:25 to 10:15 - Monday and Wednesday - 12 & under - Water Polo - CHANGE

9:55 to 10:45 - Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 13 & Up - Water Polo
