Hello Tsunamis!

We are excited to announce that the upcoming swim season is a GO! We will be rolling out registration this Saturday 4/17/2021 at 10am! At this time, we will be also opening the registration for our Ripples program and volunteer positions. This season we will be requiring 3 volunteer hours per family to start out and if there are openings that need to be filled, we will need families to step up and fill in where needed. Please note that we are officially moved to the Swimmingly platform so if you are signing up for a timing position, you will need to have an iPhone or Android device with the swimmingly app downloaded to use during the meet. The expectation is that during your shift you will not be taking calls, texting or checking emails on the device. In addition, because we have moved to the swimmingly platform our registration will end up being a 2-step process. We are going to have you register first on the swimtopia website and as soon as we have additional clarity on the swimmingly registration process we will send out instructions on how to register there. Swimmingly is charging an $18/swimmer fee which will include the upgraded app and will allow your swimmer to participate in meets. We have been approved for In-Person meets through the HOA and will be operating within CDC guidelines. We have a 5-meet season scheduled for 6/5, 6/12, 6/19, 6/26 and 7/10. While we are excited to finally have in person meets this summer, the season will still look a bit different than years past. We will not be having a Prelim Qualification and the Final will be a "Virtual Final" at our pool; details to come later. Please note that if your child is swimming in the Final, we will need to have volunteers for that meet as well.

We are currently looking for the following yearly (exempt) Positions to be filled:

Concessions Stand Manager

Heating Manager (Clerk of Course)

Meet Set UP/Take Down Coordinator

When you sign up for registration, you will see that we are once again having Flippin Flapjacks serve breakfast for $5/person and we are also having a Pirates Cove Event with Heritage Greens. This event is $10/person and there will be concessions open the evening of the event. Both of these events can be paid for at the time of registration or at the time of the event.

We will still be using the same suit as the past two years, and Out of Breath Sports will be holding two try on times for our team as well as their online store. The dates for the try on are Monday 4/26 from 4-6pm and Saturday May 1^st from 12-2pm. You will need to make a reservation as they are only allowing 10 people in the store at one time. It is highly recommended that you try on before because logo items may not be returned. Please visit our store using the attached link. All orders must be in by 5/6/2021 for delivery before the 1^st meet.
