Hi Tsunami Families!

Our first meet in coming up fast!  Next Saturday June 5th at 8 am vs South Park at our pool.  I will be sending out volunteer information shortly- however, we really need your help in signing your child up for Swimmingly.  This is the ONLY way they can participate in swim meets this season and so far we only have about 50% signed up.  Our Meet Manager Elisa, has opened the sign up for the meets and the deadline is Wednesday June 2nd at 6pm.

Please see the instructions below on how to register your child for swimmingly. This should be done for Swim Team Children ONLY- not ripples. Please let one of us know if you have any questions regarding this process.

1. Sign-up for your Swimmingly Clubhouse account at clubhouse.swimmingly.app

2. Go to the The Knolls sign up page at https://clubhouse.swimmingly.app/clubs/register/2...

3. Choose the swim season you want to sign your children up for!

4. Select your children. If you have any children that are new to the team or that you don't see listed, you can click the 'Add Swimmer' button to add them.

5. Click submit!

6. Pay the Swimmingly membership fee for your season where applicable $10/swimmer

7. That's it! your children are ready for a fun swim season

***Once you have signed up (or if you have already) you should have received an email from Elisa notifying you that the meet sign up is ready for your entries.  Please log in to your swimmingly account, select "meet schedule" and then scroll to the right. It will state that the meet entries are open.  Select that link and it will bring up your registered children.  It will prompt you along the way.  Sign up for the 3 events that your child would like to swim.

Additionally,  we will be having an intrasquad meet during morning practice on Wednesday June 3rd.  This will begin at 8 am.  The only event that we will be swimming is the 50 free for each age group.  We are doing this only to make sure that our systems work properly and we are ready to host the meet on Saturday the 5th.  If you are a timer, stroke judge, or starter- if you are able to attend, please do.  We anticipate that this will take about 30-45 minutes to get through everyone but it will be additional training for you.  Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
