Hello Again Tsunamis! 

I thought of a couple more helpful reminders for tomorrows meet.  Parents- please make sure that you have downloaded the swimmingly fan app.  This app will give you real time race times and a reminder 3 races before your childs race. 

Additionally, since moving to this system your child will have a unique 3-digit number that is associated with them.  This will be their number for the rest of their swimming career with this program.  This number should be written on their shoulder so that each timer can easily identify and get their time entered.  You will be able to find this number on the heat sheet where you will also find their event number.  Please help them find this number and maybe they can memorize it!

The final thing I wanted to let you know is that when you look at the heat sheet you may see NT (No Time) next to their event even if they have swam this before.  We have not yet merged the records from swimtopia, so since this is a new system it may say that but don't worry.
