Knolls Families,

You will be able to register for your volunteer points today starting at 4 o’clock. If you are a trained Stroke Judge, please sign up 1-2 jobs in stroke judging. All other families, please sign up for at least 1-2 jobs in heating or timing.

Please reserve the food donation jobs for families with Ripples because they will likely not be swimming in meets.

Under the News tab on the website are the directions from our previous email on how to sign up for the jobs. 

See you at practice tonight. If it’s too cold, swimmers will do a dry land workout instead. We will let you know later in the day through Remind.
