A few quick updates and reminders for tomorrow's meet. This meet is on a very tight schedule so heating for Events 1-12 will begin at 7:50.

All timers and stroke judges (no matter which shift) have meetings before the meet (see schedule below).

Dress up Theme: Our team's theme is secret agents and the home team is inviting us to dress like a Dad. Combine both for extra team spirit - we'll be sure to get some great photos.

Volunteer check-in: If you have a volunteer shift please come get your name tags from Claire and Jen at the beginning of the day.

Need a swim cap? We will have them with us - $10 each.

A few notes from the Ben Franklin Pool:

PLEASE, NO PARENTS IN THE HEATING AREA. Permanent marker: Please make sure there is NO PERMANENT MARKER ON THE BACKS OF SWIMMERS. The permanent marker stains our pool chairs, and we cannot get it out. NO “eat my bubbles“ tattoos written on the back.

Pets: No pets are allowed on the pool deck for any reason.

Concessions: We will have plenty of breakfast and lunch fare. Cash only. We are working on accepting credit cards but we don't know if we'll have that set up in time.

Meet Schedule

• 6:30 am: Pool opens
• 6:45 am: Ben Franklin warmups (6:45 - 7:05 am)
• 7:05 am: Heritage Village Warmups (7:05 - 7:25am)
• 7:25 am: Knolls warmups (7:25 - 7:45 am)
• 7:30 am: Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at starter/ref post near the starting blocks (all stroke judges for the day must attend) - We will have radios and headsets for SJ
• 7:40 am: Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter/ref post near the starting blocks (all timers must attend for the day)
• 7:50 am: Welcome and start heating through Event 12
• 7:55 am: National Anthem
• 8:00 am: First event begins!
