Hello Tsunami Families!

Hereare details about morning practice times, the Cherry Knolls Intersquad
meet, Friday's spaghetti dinner and Saturday's home swim meet!

Morning practices start tomorrow, Tuesday 5/27.

(Ripples starts June 2nd)

13-18 yrs 7:55 - 8:50am
9-12 yrs 8:50 - 9:40am
8 and under 9:40 - 10:15am

• Please have swimmers arrive 10 minutes before their practice times to get ready/ stretch etc. so practice can start on time.
• During practice swimmers are not allowed to hang out behind the diving board/ blocks when it is not their practice time.
• The baby pool will not be open during practice
• Parents
  are always welcome to watch practice, but we ask that they not
  interrupt coaches during practice. We want their focus on the kids/pool
  for safety at all times.

(For our swimmers who are still in school this week there will be a 5pm practice on Tuesday and Thursday.)

Wednesday - Intersquad Meet Cherry Knolls Pool

Pleasehave swimmers arrive / check in with coaches at 4:30. If you will be
coming late (we know it's a work day) - please let a parent rep know.

Bring

• blankets / camp chairs
• water
• snacks or money for food trucks
• towels
• goggles
• swim cap

Schedule

• 4:45- 5:15 – Tsunami swimmers warm-up
• 5:10 – Stroke Judge and Timers meeting by the starter tent with Starter/Ref
• 5:15 - Heating begins for events 1-11
• 5:25 – National Anthem
• 5:30 – Meet begins

Spaghetti Dinner is Friday Night - Clubhouse @ 5:30.

• Tickets must be purchased by Wed night.
• Gluten Free tickets are available as well
• Speedo swim suit give away will be taking place after dinner.

Saturday Swim Meet @ the Knolls Pool

• Swimmers check in 6:45
• 6:45 am - Tsunami warm ups
• 7:10 all
  swimmers must check in with coaches (if your swimmer is not here by
  7:10 they could be scratched from all events at the scratch meeting).
• 7:30 am - Stroke Judge and Starter/Ref meeting at
  starter/ref post
• 7:40 am - Timer meeting with starter/ref at starter/ref post
• 7:50 am - Welcome, team cheer, and start heating through
  Event 12
• 7:55 am - National Anthem
• 8:00 am - first event begins!
